"This review is for Tiffany N. NOT JOSE D. I was a loyal customer for over eight years. Never had an accident or filed a claim. I am older and watched my premium go up each year rather than down. I still stayed with Allstate. I fell severly ill and got behind in my bills. Called Tiffany to get some assistance and was treated very poorly to be a long time standing customer. No empathy for my situation at all. I will never go back here under any circumstances"

"Richie at State Farm - New Britain was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me with my 18-year-old daughter’s auto insurance. He took the time to explain every coverage option, all the available benefits, and every discount she qualified for, making sure we got the best value possible.
What I appreciated most was his patience and professionalism. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made what could have been a confusing process very easy to understand. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping his clients and finding the right coverage for their needs.
