"Got a phone call about lowering my auto and renters insurance from Jose Dominguez / Richie Longo in early august. Went in person , to find I had wasted my time, the agent Richie was giving me a quote for a wrong address which made the quote seem good. After putting the correct address the quote went way up so I declined because I only went there for the quote that was originally made under a false address that I had no idea about. I did opt in for the renters insurance while I was there but then immediately canceled on the 18th. I was told I was all set, come to find out it was never cancelled and when I called back around late august I spoke to a representative who told me Richie never canceled it on the 18th and instead it was put on to cancel on the 10th of September. Still waiting on my refund. I spoke to a " supervisor Jacqueline " who told me the owner is there every 2-3 months if I needed to speak to the someone over her. What type of owner is barely there to watch over his employees, let alone have his employees use his name on the accounts. Some type of scam might be going on there messing with peoples quotes to benefit them. I will be contacting BBB and corporate office as well as the state office of insurance to investigate."
