"A 2 Part review. I dont know who this Jose Dominguez person is, even though he is my agent. I can Never get a hold of him/her. I email, call, leave messages & some urgent. I had serious situations where I needed information from MY agent. Well this is a person who is on top of everyone else because he is the boss. A boss who is unavailable. A boss who makes/takes the sales and has workers who answer the phone calls. Part 2. Now the backbone of the business, the ladies who keep our cars safely insured on the road and who actually know answers to my questionS and in a timely & efficient manner. Jaquelyn & Jessie are WONDERFUL. They have helped me when my debit card expired and my card was unable to pay, add a car, check for a discount and more. I am very happy with them. The company itself, needs some work, smh."
